If I pick up an item can I get it sooner?
My package was supposed to be delivered before Christmas on the 24th, but it got delayed twice. The third time, when I checked, it said it was out for delivery, but it wasn't.
Somehow, it ended up in Spokane, so I called and I was told I will not get my package until January 4th. So, there was someone who dropped the ball on this and it took over three weeks for delivery. Additionally, the package was in Kennewick since Friday and they would not allow me to go pick it up. I was told there was no pickup option.
So, they made me wait another five days. Very bad, very bad. So, to whoever it may concern, either the department that shipped it first or whatever.
The communication I received to my phone on the status of my orders was inadequate. The last couple of orders were also late, but not as much as this one because the order was placed on 12/12/22.

False advertisement
. People beware of purchasing any product from this particular website because when you order it you'll get a receipt no tracking number and then it'll tell you 7 to 10 business days and then those seven to 10 business days come and go takes a week to get a hold of somebody You can never get a hold of anybody when you call they'll call you at their convenience and then they'll tell you 6 to 8 weeks before shipment of your product what a joke from 7:00 to 10 business days to 6:00 to 8 weeks Lost my business

These people are scam artists. I had a problem at my bank over my card being hacked.
I went and got a paper printout. I found these people on the printout for 17.00. I called to find out they have been taking 17.00 out of my account for 4 years!!! I asked what I got for my 17.00 a month, well noone had a answer for that.
I do...nothing. I got nothing. It is a scam. They said they would give me back the last 6 payments which hasn't happened as of yet.
I am on social security with a husband who is bedridden. We have gone without medications but these scammers have gotten their 17.00 a month that was NEVER authorized.
Don't walk away from these people run!!! This company should be shut down.

They took 17.00 a month for 4 years and I got nothing.
I think I would run away from this company as fast as possible. They never once told me what I "should" of been getting from them for my 17.00 a month.
I had no idea they were taking my money till I went and got a print out at the bank for another issue. Called them and they have been doing this for 4 years. No email, letter or phone call. Just kept taking my money for nothing in return.
They said they would give me back my last 6 payments. Of course this hasn't happened as if yet. This company is a scam. I got NOTHING for 4 years as they sucked 17.00 a month out of my account.
Had I not had a dispute with someone else, where I needed my bank statement I am sure they would of kept taking it till I died.
I keep thinking about all the time I went without my medications so these people could keep scamming me. The thought literally sickens me.

Resolved: Put a automatic payment on my PayPal account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. This wasn't the site and I found this out after they returned my call and email. They were very professional about the situation and it has happened before, so they politely guided me to the proper website and phone number.
I ordered something from them in April and just happened to look at my PayPal account summary to see I had a recurring payment plan for no apparent reason. Just went over the terms and agreement and didn't see anything stating this.
A straight SCAM. It's pitiful how these online companies try to take advantage of people. I didn't sign up for that. Hopefully, I'll get it handled before they charge my account.
Truly sad. Do not shop here for anything if they're going to do stuff like this!

Because I see you are taking money out of my account
I feel you are a rip off. Found out you have been charging me for 4 years and noone could tell me why.
Yes you will give me back 6 months of my payments but you should of never charged me in 1st place.
Had I not asked bank for paper statement this month God only knows how long you could of kept ripping off the elderly. I think you all should be ashamed of yourselves

The re loader is garbage, they then put your card in a status of RECURRING CHARGE !, they do not indicate or inform of this tactic.

Resolved: Poor customer service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I emailed them and told them that if I did not receive my product by 29 Jan 2024 I was going to notify the FTC & the BBB that their company was either selling product they did not have or they are a scam.
Supposedly my item shipped Jan 8th 2024 and the tracking number showed it in Chicago on the 9th. I sent the email on 26 Jan 2024, the provided tracking showed it as sitting at Chicago for 18 days with no updates.On 29 Jan 2024 my product arrived,
On 27 Jan I sent an email telling them if I didnt have them by Monday the 29th I was going to notify the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission that they were either selling products they did not have or they were scammers. There is no way they should have taken sixteen days to travel from Illinois to northeastern Arkansas. When I run the tracking on DHL it showed it was in Illinois waiting on the postal service to pick it up but when I run the same tracking number on USPS it showed waiting to be delivered to the postal service.
On Monday mail delivery my loaders were delivered. I think the BBB and FTC threat got somebody moving.

I ordered a product and it never came
I ordered a product off here over two months ago and I cant ever get a hold of anybody and they will not respond to my emails. I have received a couple T-shirts from them but the last purchase I may never came and they will not respond back.

I ordered 3 magazine loaders after seeing their ad but they just don't work and when you try and return them they make it very difficult and very expensive

I saw all negative reviews but I haven't experienced anything negative.
I have ordered multiple "free" items from A.G.A. The free items were four t-shirts and a hat.
They have all been delivered, not quickly as I assume they are using cheapest postage possible. The "shipping" charge I paid was usually around $8.95. The clothing items I received were not high quality, but I didn't expect much for "free." If I look at it realistically: I paid $5 for each item w/ a $3.95 S&H charge. I received something worth about $5, so I'm not upset.
Others have complained about a $17/month membership fee. If you only want the "free" or "discounted" items be careful when ordering to not click the "Join Now" link and you won't be charged the monthly membership fee.

I purchased the gun sighter that is advertized to work with ALL guns. It will not work with my 380 with a 2 1/2 long barrel. The sighter is too long for this gun.
This is obviously not an organization as it is presented. It is just a person operating out of a rented home in Florida.
My laser sighter took weeks to get here shipped from Chicago. When it would not work with my short barrel pistol my only option was a $5.00 return fee and pay for shipping to an address in Florida.
I purchased the gun sighter that is advertised to work with ALL guns. It will not work with my 380 with a 2 1/2 long barrel.
The sighter is too long for this gun.
When I asked for a refund they wanted a 22% return fee and I pay for shipping. Total would be 50% of the price I paid.

Wife ordered me shirt and hat. So WE PAID THEM THEIR MONEY AND NOW IT JUST SEEMS FIT FOR THEM TO CHARGE ME FOR THINGS I HAVENT ORDERED AND TO JUST TAKE MONEY OFF MY CARD WHEN THEY WANT.
Me Andy wife ordered nothing else or joined anything yet I have about $54:00 dollars more taken out of my account that was not authorized nothing else ordered. I would like to have my money refunded.
